by Executive Chef Matt Volpe & Culinary Staff. The menu items include time-honored classics,
as well as, seasonal selections and specialty creations using only the finest and freshest
quality ingredients.
For the Lunch and Dinner Menus, Executive Matt Volpe has created dishes that will feature
specialty beers provided by D.G. Yuengling & Son. These menu items reflect the quality,
tradition and history the Yankee Doodle Tap Room, Nassau Inn and D.G. Yuengling & Son are
