We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Nassau Inn, and I cannot say enough wonderful things especially about Jamie Wolf, our coordinator. From start to finish, Jamie made sure everything was absolutely perfect. She kept me on track with the timeline, pointed out important details I would have otherwise overlooked, and coordinated a seamless rehearsal so everyone in our wedding party felt comfortable and confident. She also helped manage our external vendors like the DJ and videographer, and made the entire setup process effortless. Even though I sent her inspo pictures for table settings and decor, Jamie somehow made it look even better from the centerpieces down to the smallest details, like placing our Polaroid cake topper just right. Her attention to detail blew me away. And beyond all her hard work and talent, Jamie is genuinely one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. She brought calm and warmth to the chaos and truly made our day run smoother than I ever imagined. We are so grateful to have had her by our side! I love my husband and fully intend for this to be my one and only wedding but if Jamie were coordinating, I’d get married every year! That’s how seamless and special she made everything feel.
