Jaime Wolf
Associate Director of Catering

In her spare time away from the hotel, Jaime loves to venture into New York state, hike with her family and dogs in the Catskills and take in the gorgeous views. Jaime is also the leader of her daughters Cub Scout Den. Jaime and her husband are pictured on top of Mt. Katahdin in Maine where they also love to explore.
Melissa Dill
Catering Sales Manager

Melissa’s passion for the food and hospitality industry continues to grow after working in Princeton’s local food scene for 20+ years. For Melissa the food has always been quality over quantity and if her name seems familiar, it might be because she is personally named in almost every wedding review we’ve received on The Knot and Wedding Wire. Melissa has always had a love for music, especially the Grateful Dead as she’s been to countless shows! Hence the photo of her on the steps of the old Grateful Dead house (Haight Asbury) – 1989.
Cindy McClenahan
Assistant Catering Manager

When Cindy is not at the Inn, she is a part time firefighter in Hightstown, NJ, where she has been volunteering for the past eight years. She is also a life member at Princeton Junction Volunteer Fire company where all of her family members also were members. During the summer you can find Cindy heading down to the beach in her jeep. Cindy also recently got engaged! Congratulations!!!!
